We process withdrawals through the same payment method you used to deposit. If you funded your account via mobile banking, you withdraw to local paymentIf you transferred from online payment or e-walletyour payout returns to that bank account. We do not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods you did not originally use.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. We may delay withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity or if your account is under review. We do not hold withdrawal fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. If your balance falls below the minimum, contact bisajitu customer support to discuss options. We reserve the right to decline withdrawals from accounts with unresolved disputes or suspected fraud.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

If you have a complaint about bisajitu, contact our customer support team via email or in-app chat. We respond to all disputes within 48 business hours. We maintain detailed records of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals, and we can provide transaction history as evidence in any dispute.

We use our recorded odds, match results, and transaction logs as the authoritative source for settling disputes. If a bet's outcome is contested, we investigate and make a final determination based on our platform records. You may appeal a dispute determination by contacting support again with new evidence.

bisajitu operates under the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions where our service is available. Services are available only where applicable law permits. If you access bisajitu from a jurisdiction where it is not legally available, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you registered your bisajitu account. Any legal proceedings related to these terms must be filed in the courts of that jurisdiction, not elsewhere. By using bisajitu, you consent to this jurisdiction clause.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when we post them on the bisajitu website. If you continue using bisajitu after changes are posted, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must stop using bisajitu and contact support to close your account.
